Is our company the right type to partner with you (size, industry, goals)?
Most of our clients are mid-market, B2B or high-value B2C businesses spending $10,000 to $300,000 per month on Google Ads. We work across industries with some clusters in finance, healthcare, law and construction. We manage e-commerce selectively, but our specialization is high-value lead generation.
What matters most for your success in partnering with us is your ability to differentiate your offering from online competitors (there’s almost always an effective way, and we’ll help you find it) and your ability to turn good leads into new business.

What are your fees?
Our pricing has three parts (see Packages and Pricing for details):
- Setup (one-time): from $2,000–$3,000+ for our account diagnostic, campaign restructuring, asset rebuilding, conversion tracking setup, Smart Bidding configuration, and initial 90-day experiment plan.
- Monthly management: from $2,000–$3,000+ depending on package. This is where the magic happens as we analyze your performance data, make careful calibrations, launch new experiments, and repeat.
- % of ad spend (tiered): applies above a threshold (e.g., $30k/month) to support data-heavy optimization and experimentation.
You’ll receive a simple, transparent quote—no hidden fees.
How long are your contracts?
We require a 3-month initial commitment. This window is necessary to allow us to build accurate conversion tracking, train Google’s machine learning algorithms, and complete initial experiments to demonstrate expected lead generation performance.
Then we move to a month-to-month arrangement. We retain clients through results and clarity, not through long-term commitments.
Do you offer a guarantee?
We can’t guarantee outcomes – markets change, competitors change and Google Ads changes.
We do guarantee how we work: MIT-engineered rigor, accurate performance tracking, disciplined experiments, founder-led decisions, and complete transparency. We’ll tell you what’s working, what isn’t, what we’re doing next, and why. And our efforts are always tied to your business goals and KPIs.
What does it mean that you are a “Google Partner”?
“Google Partner” status requires that an agency demonstrate expertise and experience through certifications and a track record of client success. These things are vital to your success.
“Google Premier Partner” status requires two more things that are not important to your success. Specifically, it requires that an agency manage a large number of advertiser accounts and also that they regularly bring in brand new advertisers for Google.
We want to remain a focused, senior team rather than chasing these volume requirements. We also prefer working with experienced Google Ads advertisers who can better appreciate our value.
We’re feeling so burned out on Google Ads… Why would we hire anyone?
We understand your frustration! Sometimes it hardly feels like Google is on your side. Most new campaign “features” and guidance from Google representatives focus on one thing — getting you to increase your ad spend. They often don’t seem to care whether doing so would meet your business needs. And trying to get actual help from Google Ads support… well, we don’t want to speak poorly of anyone, but you can fill in your own blanks here.
Moreover, you’ve likely had a bad experience working with an agency. You found they couldn’t give your account the attention it needed, couldn’t answer your questions adequately, couldn’t map campaign metrics to your business goals, didn’t even seem to be managing themselves well, and weren’t actually very adept with the Google Ads platform. Part 3: Engagement Details
How will we know our ROI?
We define business goals up front, then implement full-funnel conversion tracking (leads, qualified leads, and closed deals or sales where available). Our reports tie Google Ads metrics to profit and ROI with clear attribution notes and caveats. You’ll always see how our decisions connect to your business results.
How quickly will we see results?
In the first 2–4 weeks you’ll typically see waste reduction and cleaner conversion signal quality. Weeks 4–12 focus on calibration and experiments to increase qualified leads and conversion rates. That’s why we ask for a 3-month initial commitment – to give us enough time to demonstrate true performance potential.
What if we don’t see performance improvement after 90 days?
We’re selective: we don’t start unless we believe we can improve outcomes. After ~90 days, if we haven’t demonstrated meaningful movement in qualified leads and/or ROI, we’ll present the data, recommend next steps (including non-PPC options if warranted), and you’re free to end our partnership – no hard feelings. But you will know that you have given Google Ads the best possible chance to perform for your business given the current market and competitive environment.
How will we communicate, and how often?
Launch phase: frequent email + ad-hoc calls to move fast on setup, tracking, architecture, and testing.
Ongoing: monthly founder-led strategy call (depending on your package), monthly report focused on your business objectives & KPIs, and responsive email support.
We keep communication focused on decisions and outcomes, not noise.
What will your reports tell us?
Our reports track progress towards your specific business objectives, which usually include qualified lead volume, cost per qualified lead, and profit/ROI. We include supporting indicators (impressions, CTR, CPC, etc.) to help you understand the effects of account changes. Our clear and concise executive summaries keep you informed of major decisions and performance trajectory.
Will we still own our Google Ads account?
Yes. You own your Google Ads account and all connected tools. We access them as invited managers.
Do you manage our existing campaigns or create new ones?
We first evaluate your current campaign structure, conversion signals, and performance against goals. If the foundation is sound, we will iterate from that starting point. If not, we will re-architect the campaigns while preserving valuable learning from the account history.
Can you fix our conversion tracking?
Yes, and it’s step #1.
Complete and accurate conversion tracking is essential for Google Ads lead generation. We take care of it for you, including guiding you step-by-step through any website changes that might be required.
What do you do for ongoing campaign optimization?
Campaign optimization never ends. The Google Ads platform constantly evolves. Your competitors constantly evolve. And your market may shift over time, too. We work to ensure that your campaigns adapt and continue to meet your business needs.
This work includes ongoing Smart Bidding calibration, search query pruning, budget reallocations, testing of new messaging, offers and landing pages, and much more.

What tools do you use to manage our campaigns?
We are experts in a wide variety of tools needed for Google Ads success. These include the Google ecosystem of the Google Ads interface, Google Ads Editor, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center, Google Search Console and Looker Studio. We also leverage 3rd party tools including Adalysis, SEMRush, SpyFu, CallRail, HubSpot, Zapier and more.
Ultimately, though, tools matter less than what we do with them: more complete tracking, more precise analysis, smarter tests and clearer decisions — all to bring you higher-quality leads.
How do you handle data security?
We take your data protection and confidentiality seriously.
Access is limited to the founder and assigned specialists. We avoid collecting sensitive data via forms, and we comply with Google policies. We’ll sign your NDA and document our access and account changes for auditability.
