No, it’s optional. Every engagement begins with a 30-minute call with our founder, and many new clients start working with us immediately after the call. Some, however, choose the Prometheus Diagnostic™ for a structured, decision-grade assessment before deciding who to partner with.

Will the diagnostic replace ongoing management?

The diagnostic is a detailed roadmap, but it still requires expert implementation followed by ongoing analysis and optimization. It is a stand-alone deliverable that you can use to compare our expertise as you consider different agencies, or you can implement it yourself if you have sufficient in-house capability. If you choose to partner with us then we will follow the diagnostic roadmap ourselves, which will accelerate your onboarding.
